How to proceed with a return or exchange of an item?

Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT (value added tax) for the European Community.
Depending on the country of delivery there may be local taxes and duties charged on your order. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees or any other additional charges by the local government are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for these expenses in any way, nor do we receive any such money. The last thing we would want is for our customers to have extra expenses. Since duties and taxes vary depending on the country and what you ordered, we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated in advance, you will be asked to pay them upon delivery to the courier.
Please note that duties will not be applied for orders in Norway.
Shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded for parcels rejected due to import VAT/duties.
