SHIPPING: COSTS AND TIMES*

  • LOCAL AREA: 1-2 working days excluding holidays and pre-holidays: FREE - Within the territory of the municipality of Viterbo corresponding to the postal code 01100 (Our courier).
  • ITALY: 3-4 working days: € 8.00 for orders under € 150.00 - FREE for amounts over that (courier GLS or BRT).
  • ITALY Islands, Venice Lagoon and disadvantaged areas: 3-4 Working Days: € 8.00 (GLS Courier)
  • FOREIGN: 5 -10 working days (GLS or BRT or DHL). The cost for shipments to European and non-European countries is automatically calculated at the cart summary based on the destination and the volume of the order.

 

*Delivery times are indicative and non-binding. TRYMESHOP is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or for force majeure causes beyond TRYMESHOP's control. Shipping prices are indicative and subject to slight variations due to fluctuations in courier rates.

**All orders placed by 1:00 PM from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. If the order is placed after 1:00 PM or on a non-working day, it will be processed on the next working day.

 

DELIVERY TO LOCAL AREA

Exclusively for the area of the municipality of Viterbo, home deliveries of orders placed after 6:00 PM will be fulfilled on the next working day. Our delivery service via courier adheres to the same working hours as our business. For orders received during holidays or the day before holidays, delivery will be postponed to the next working day. To collect the order, it is necessary to present the order confirmation or communicate the order number to the courier.

 

COLLECT IN STORE 

 

To collect your order, it will be necessary to show an ID and a copy of the email confirming your order. If you cannot collect the order in person, your delegate will need to present:

  • a copy of your valid identity document;
  • a valid identity document of the delegate;
  • a copy of the order confirmation email;
  • a signed letter of delegation.


TAXES AND DUTIES

The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and local taxes imposed by the country where the shipment is made. Payment of these taxes is necessary to release the order from customs duties.

"We cannot predict what the amount to be paid for taxes and duties will be, so we invite you to check them before placing an order. Our online store ships worldwide with GLS, DHL, or another courier, and the shipping costs are already included in the total of your final order. In any case, as the international courier for your order, GLS or DHL or another courier may present you with a separate invoice for the local taxes to be paid."

At the time of shipment, the customer will be informed via email and can request the tracking number from GLS, DHL, or another courier so that they can follow the progress of their shipment. The courier delivers throughout Italy to the residence floor, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM; from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on all days, excluding holidays, and cannot schedule appointments. For international shipments, the times may vary.

The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, indicating how to contact them. Undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse. Tryme Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays in order fulfillment or in the delivery of the ordered goods.

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;
• that the packaging is intact, undamaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered.

Any external damage or the lack of correspondence in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested with the courier making the delivery, by marking "withdrawal with reservation" on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed within 8 days by registered mail with return receipt to the courier, whose address is specified on the accompanying document.

In the specific case of a damaged package, write "pickup with reservation because the package is damaged." Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 8 days of receipt. Any damages or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to the courier whose address is specified on the accompanying document.

Customs Duties and Clearance Costs:

When returns are made from non-EU countries, customs duties and clearance costs may apply. In the case of a return from a non-EU country, the clearance cost will be covered by the merchant. For each international return, a handling and shipping fee of 37% of the value of the return will be applied. This fee covers clearance expenses and other administrative costs.



REFUND FOR PURCHASES WITH CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL

  • The refund will occur within 10 days from the moment we receive the package.
  • You will receive an email confirming the receipt of the package and the refund.
  • The amount of the returned items will be automatically credited to the corresponding PayPal account or directly to the card used.
  • The timing of the credit to your account may vary from one bank to another.

REFUND FOR PURCHASES MADE BY BANK TRANSFER

  • The refund will occur within 10 days from the moment we receive the package.
  • You will receive an email confirming the receipt of the package and the refund.
  • The amount of the refund will be returned to the bank account that the customer provides at the time of purchase and not to different bank accounts.
  • The timing of the credit to your account may vary from one bank to another.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


Unless otherwise indicated by ongoing promotions on the homepage, if the initial order did not include any shipping costs for any reason, in the event of a return of one or more items, only a fixed amount of €10.00 may be charged as a "contribution to expenses" incurred for processing the return. This amount will be deducted from the refund. The return shipping is at the customer's expense. It is not possible to exchange purchased items for other products. The package containing the return must be physically shipped within 15 days from the delivery date (including holidays). All return authorization conditions listed below in the RETURN INSTRUCTIONS section must be strictly adhered to for the acceptance of the return.

 

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or if there are errors in the shipments from TRYMESHOP.COM, it is required to follow the same return instructions mentioned above, specifying the reason for the return. 

The shipping costs for the return of defective or incorrect goods will be borne by TRYMESHOP.COM, reserving the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods. In the case of a return for defective goods, TRYMESHOP.COM will, if possible, provide a replacement of the item or a refund of the amount.

As stated in the terms of sale, the photographs of the Products presented on the Site do not constitute a contractual element, as they are only representative. The color gradations, in particular, depend on the system used on the computer or other electronic device used by the User; TRYMESHOP.COM, therefore, cannot guarantee that the computer or electronic device used by the User accurately reproduces the colors.

TRYMESHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and to inspect and assess the condition of the returned goods, establishing any additional charges that may be necessary for the resale of the returned items.

All returned items are subject to inspection by TRYMESHOP.COM and must meet all the parameters listed in the return procedure.

In case of defective goods or incorrect shipment by TRYMESHOP.COM, if the customer requests a size exchange or a new item, the request will be evaluated and authorized based on stock availability.

If the Customer requests a refund, the amount due will be immediately credited back.

The refund will be visible on the Customer's credit card statement approximately 30 days after the receipt and acceptance of the return.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

On the page "MAKE A RETURN", fill out the form by entering your email and the order number you wish to return and click on "Find your order".
The list of purchased products will be displayed automatically.
Select the quantity of the product you wish to return from the drop-down menu.
Select the reason for the return and choose whether to request a size exchange or to receive a refund to the original payment method.


You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return request.

To obtain authorization, it will be necessary to attach to the request or send separately a photo that demonstrates the integrity of the warranty seal.
Wait for a second email containing the acceptance of the request and the return authorization.

    Before shipping the goods, carry out the following checks:

    • The guarantee seal, or security thread, must be intact and must not have been removed or cut from the item.
    • The tag is perfectly intact and has not been removed from the item.
    • All labels, whether fabric or hanging, are perfectly intact and have not been removed from the garment.
    • Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was shipped and must be packed neatly.
    • "Every returned item has not been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way."
    • The package containing the return must be physically shipped within 15 days from the delivery date (including holidays).
    • If necessary, request more information at the address return@trymeshop.com, indicating the order number.
    • All packages to be returned must be shipped to: Trymeshop.com - Corso Italia, 86 Viterbo - 01100 (VT) Italy.*

    The failure to comply with one or more of the above-mentioned rules invalidates the possibility of placing an order. 

    The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

    *From the date of return authorization, the maximum useful shipping time the return package receipt is 40 working days. Beyond this timeframe, the return will be automatically considered canceled.
