PAYMENT METHOD

PAYPAL

Paypal is the most widespread and simplest system for online payments. Accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal prepaid card, Postepay, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura:

• By selecting the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order the customer will be directed to the PayPal login page.

• The amount relating to the order is debited from the PayPal account when the order is acquired. In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance by Try Me, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

• Cancellation of the order is possible until it is still being prepared in the warehouse.

• The order status is clearly visible in the "Order status" area after logging in and can no longer be canceled if the indication "Order in progress" appears. Once the cancellation of the transaction is requested, in no case Try Me can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the committed amount by PayPal. 

• For each transaction carried out with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

IT IS NOT NECESSARY to have a PayPal account: simply follow the procedure described as "You don't have a PayPal account". 

CREDIT CARDS 

When purchasing, customers enter their credit card details into a secure banking system provided by Shopify Payment/Stripe. It will be possible to use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay cards.

Each transaction is protected according to the terms of the new PSD2 regulations with 3D Secure security system.

SCALAPAY

Scalapay is an innovative payment method that allows the customer to purchase in 3  convenient instalments with monthly maturity  without additional costs (if the installments are paid by the due date).

At the time of purchase, the first installment will be charged immediately (equal to one third of the total value of the purchase). The next 2 installments will be charged on a monthly basis.

It is possible to choose Afterpay at the time of checkout and pay through the credit card, associated when creating the account or directly at the time of payment.

“If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.”

BANK DEPOSIT

TRYMESHOP.COM accepts payments made via bank transfer.
To make payment via bank transfer it is necessary to select  (Bank Deposit) as "Bank Transfer" before completing the order.
At the same time, the bank details and necessary information will be provided to the user.
The user must enter the order number as the reason for payment.
You are also asked to send a copy of the payment via email to info@trymeshop.com.
The goods will be reserved in the customer's name for a maximum of 48 hours.
If a copy of the payment is not received within 48 working hours of order confirmation, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The order will be processed only after the payment has been credited to the TRYMESHOP.COM bank account.
In the current state of the banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's current account no earlier than 3/5 working days from the date of transfer.
Before making the payment, it is a good idea to check with the Customer Service if the goods are available.
 
Regarding your choice of payment by bank transfer, TRYMESHOP.COM informs you that:
• A copy of your payment must be emailed to info@trymeshop.com.
• Only after receiving the aforementioned copy will the goods be reserved in the customer's name.
• If a copy of the payment is not received within 72 working hours of order confirmation, the order will be cancelled.
• The order will be processed only after the payment has been credited to the TRYMESHOP.COM bank account.
