SHIPPING: COSTS AND TIMES *
- LOCAL AREA: 1-2 working days excluding holidays and pre-holidays: FREE - On the territory of the municipality of Viterbo responding to the ZIP code 01100 (Our messenger).
- ITALY: 3-4 working days: € 8.00 for orders below € 150.00 - FREE for higher amounts (GLS or BRT courier).
- ITALY Islands, Venice Lagoon and disadvantaged areas: 3-4 Working Days: € 8.00 (GLS Courier)
- ABROAD: 5-10 working days (GLS or BRT or DHL). The cost for shipments to European and non-European countries is automatically calculated in the cart summary based on the destination and the volume of the order.

** All orders placed before 13:00 from Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 13:00 or on a non-working day, it will be processed the next working day.
The costs of shipments outside the Italian territory will be automatically calculated in the order summary before payment.
DELIVERY ON LOCAL AREA
Exclusively for the area of the municipality of Viterbo, home deliveries of orders placed after 18:00 will be processed within the next working day. Our delivery service by bellboy respects the same working hours as our business. For orders received during holidays or days before holidays, delivery will be postponed to the next working day. To collect the order it is necessary to present the order confirmation or communicate the order number to the delivery man.
PICKUP IN STORE
To collect your order, you will need to show an identity document and a copy of the e-mail confirming the confirmation of your order. If you cannot collect the order in person, your delegate must present:
- a copy of your valid identity document;
- a valid identity document of the delegate;
- a copy of the order confirmation email;
- a signed proxy letter.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is made. The payment of these taxes is necessary to release the order from customs duties.
We cannot predict what the amount to pay for taxes and duties is, so please check them before placing an order. Our online store ships all over the world with GLS and the shipping costs are already included in the total of your final order. In any case, as the international courier of your order, GLS can present you with a separate invoice with local taxes to pay.
At the time of shipment, the customer will be informed about it by email and will be able to request a GLS tracking number, so that he can follow the progress of his shipment. The courier delivers throughout Italy to the home floor, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00; from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, every day, except holidays and cannot make appointments. Times abroad may vary.
The courier will attempt to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, indicating how to contact him. Undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse. No responsibility can be attributed to Tryme Shop in case of delay in the order fulfillment or in the delivery of the ordered goods.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered.
Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the wording "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, within 8 days by registered letter with receipt. return to the courier, whose address is specified on the accompanying document.
In the specific case of a damaged package, write "withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged". Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 8 days of receipt. Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by registered letter with return receipt to the courier whose address is specified on the accompanying document.
